The outdoor areas become communal spaces, a legacy to collectivity with numerous facilities such as the Brolo, the traditional vegetable garden of Venetian villas where local seasonal products can be grown, the Serra Limonaia, where a passion for growing flowers is combined with opportunities for relaxing and socializing and the Frutteto where young children can learn about the rhythm and pace of nature.

The oasis has a total 800 trees, 1500 climbing plants and 1000 types of hedges, bushes and flowering plants which forms a true "green lung" which helps to purify any pollutants.
